Advanced Audit Specialist

About the role

Join PwC's Competency Center in Klaipeda as an Advanced Audit Specialist. You will work on diverse audit projects for both large corporates and local family businesses, applying business analysis tools and contributing innovative solutions to financial audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Gain experience on audit projects across various industry sectors.
• Learn and apply business analysis tools in practice.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions in financial audit.
• Support the standardisation of selected audit procedures and tests.
• Execute agreed audit tests and perform clear, documented tasks.
• Assist audit teams in preparing required documentation.
• Develop knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Audit, Accounting, Economics or Finance.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in accounting/finance.
• Good understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proactive, problem‑solving team player with a desire to upskill.
