Affiliate Marketing Manager (Mid Level)

About the role

Saily is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to expand its partner network and drive revenue growth for its secure eSIM data plans. You will work closely with internal marketing teams and external partners to create and optimise affiliate programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and nurture relationships with new and existing affiliate partners across multiple verticals.
• Analyse partner performance, pinpoint under‑performing areas and collaborate with CRO, Content, SEO and other teams to improve results.
• Monitor performance dashboards, generate insights and proactively suggest growth opportunities.
• Research and test innovative channels and tactics to promote Saily’s services.
• Work with media buyers, influencers and other external partners to uncover new growth avenues.
• Align partnership initiatives with broader marketing and business objectives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate partnerships and online marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written communication and negotiation skills.
• Team‑player attitude and a genuine interest in travel, technology and innovation.
