After Sales Customer Support Representative (German Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative, based in our Vilnius office, with fluent German language skills to join our After Sales Customer Support team. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our customers after purchase, ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive experience throughout the after‑sales journey.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive after‑sales support to German‑ and English‑speaking customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate logistics‑related tasks and liaise with internal teams.
• Manage customer claims and complaints, keeping accurate records of interactions and actions taken.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure efficient daily workflows.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our after‑sales service standards and customer experience.
• Work on public holidays (except Christmas and Easter); this is compensated with additional pay.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a fast‑paced environment within customer support, logistics, sales, communications, or a similar role.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with a proactive and positive attitude.
• A high level of empathy, responsibility, and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets.
