After Sales Customer Support Representative (Spanish Speaker)

About the role

Pineca Group is seeking a Spanish‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join its After‑Sales team in Vilnius. You will be the main point of contact for customers after purchase, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the after‑sales journey.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive after‑sales support to Spanish‑ and English‑speaking customers.
• Handle enquiries, follow up on requests promptly, and coordinate logistics‑related tasks with internal teams.
• Manage customer claims and complaints, keeping accurate records of interactions and actions taken.
• Collaborate closely with sales and operations to ensure efficient daily workflows.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of after‑sales service standards and customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a fast‑paced environment within customer support, logistics, sales, communications, or a similar role.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with a proactive and positive attitude.
• High level of empathy, responsibility, and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.
