AI Engineer

About the role

As an AI Engineer you will design, develop and deploy AI‑powered solutions that enable smart manufacturing, industrial automation and digital transformation. You will work on Generative AI, Machine Learning, cloud engineering and MLOps, primarily on Microsoft Azure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy GenAI applications such as chatbots, copilots and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using Azure OpenAI and large language models.
• Build and maintain AI services, APIs and scalable data pipelines on Microsoft Azure, including containerised solutions with Docker, AKS and Azure Functions.
• Implement and monitor ML models for predictive analytics, anomaly detection and automation, managing model lifecycle with MLOps practices.
• Design and operate vector databases and retrieval systems for enterprise and industrial data.
• Collaborate with software engineers, cloud architects, data engineers and domain experts to integrate AI into industrial systems.

Required profile

• Degree in Artificial Intelligence or related field (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with Azure cloud services and Generative AI technologies.
• Strong communication and consulting skills, fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel when required.

• Python programming.
• Azure platform (Azure OpenAI, AKS, Azure Functions).
• Langchain, Langgraph, LlamaIndex.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins).
• MLOps tools (Kubeflow, Airflow, MLflow, Prometheus, Grafana, NeuVector).
• Vector databases and retrieval systems.
