About the role

We are looking for a visionary AI Solutions Architect to lead the automation of business processes across the Modus Group. The role combines AI model design, system integration and bridging business needs with cutting‑edge AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build AI‑based architectures to automate group business processes.
• Analyze existing processes and pinpoint areas where AI can deliver the highest value.
• Integrate AI models with current IT systems such as ERP, CRM and other platforms.
• Collaborate with business units to translate technical requirements into solutions that meet strategic goals.
• Lead AI projects from proof‑of‑concept through to production and ongoing support.
• Monitor emerging AI trends and apply relevant innovations within the Modus Group ecosystem.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and implementing complex IT solutions; architect experience is a strong plus.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts in clear business language.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on quality in a fast‑moving environment.
• Fluent written and spoken Lithuanian and English.

Required skills

• Modern AI/ML technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
• Integration technologies including APIs, Microservices and event‑driven architectures.
