AI Technical Training Content Developer

About the role

We are seeking a technically fluent AI content developer to join our Vilnius team. In this role you will design, curate, and maintain high‑quality AI learning experiences that help enterprises adopt AI solutions across Nasdaq. You will translate complex AI concepts into clear, practical materials for a diverse audience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with external content vendors and internal subject‑matter experts to review, curate, and integrate AI learning content aligned with Nasdaq priorities.
• Develop tool‑specific AI training assets such as tutorials, walkthroughs, labs, and use‑case‑based learning modules.
• Create structured content for AI coaching experiences, including guidance scripts, decision trees, and contextual interventions.
• Translate complex technical AI topics into accessible learning materials for varied audiences.
• Incorporate learner feedback, platform analytics, and evolving AI capabilities to continuously improve content.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in technology, learning design, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing technical learning content, e‑learning, or digital enablement materials.
• Hands‑on experience with programming languages and GitHub.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts and tools, including generative AI, Copilot, Claude, and Kiro.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors or distributed content contributors.
