About the role

We are looking for a talented Performance Creative specialist focused on AI video creation and editing to elevate creative campaigns for Persikas.com, a brand dedicated to weight loss and healthy eating. You will join the Persikas performance team to drive brand expansion, customer acquisition, and creative performance optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative, data‑driven creative concepts for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with performance goals.
• Design and produce video ads, visual brand executions, and copy (headlines, calls‑to‑action, short sales‑oriented posts).
• Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, performance specialists, and the broader marketing team.
• Analyze ad testing data, competitor ads, and market trends to inform creative decisions.
• Gather insights about target groups and continuously search for new ideas and trends.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience as a performance creative, copywriter, or similar role.
• Exceptional creative portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and innovative ideas.
• Creative and analytical mindset with a strong focus on performance outcomes.
• Ability to tell a story, synthesize key messages, and present them visually.
• Comfort with experimentation, curiosity, and resilience to failure.
