Application Configuration Specialist

About the role

As an Application Configuration Specialist at Benifex, you will ensure the employee benefits portal meets internal and external requirements, guiding projects from portal creation through to launch. You will work in an Agile, cross‑functional squad to deliver compliant, high‑quality benefit experiences for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle within a globally dispersed Agile squad.
• Become an expert on the Benifex platform, from portal creation to go‑live.
• Design, build, update and quality‑assure configurations of all benefit types following best practices and business rules.
• Collaborate with customers to meet eligibility requirements and attend client meetings.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and support the product roadmap.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in web design, software development, UX/UI or related fields.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Legal right to work in Lithuania without sponsorship.

Required skills

• HTML coding.
• Basic web design knowledge.
