About the role

We are looking for a dedicated security guard to protect the material assets of a shopping centre in Klaipėda. The role involves maintaining order, handling conflict situations, and supporting store operations through goods loading and shift work.

Key responsibilities

• Protect the store’s material valuables.
• Maintain order and discipline within the premises.
• Resolve conflict situations calmly and effectively.
• Assist with loading of goods.
• Work according to a shift schedule.

Required profile

• At least secondary education.
• Previous experience in a similar security role.
• Responsibility and willingness to work.
• Proficiency in the state language.
• Valid security guard certification.
