About the role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant to support our daily operations, gain insight into the HoReCa sector and develop a solid understanding of how a large business works from the inside.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, systematise and maintain documents such as contracts, orders, proposals, price lists and other critical information.
• Work with data and Excel to help the team stay operational and gain clear visibility of situations.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for processes, ensuring important tasks run smoothly and on time.
• Learn the HoReCa business, interact with key clients, assist in partner management and observe the creation of long‑term business relationships.
• Gradually take on more responsibility, deputise for managers and strengthen business understanding through real‑world situations.
• Continuously seek answers, using curiosity and a growth mindset as core assets.

Required profile

• Possess an educational background while demonstrating a strong desire to keep learning beyond the diploma.
• Enjoy working with data and Excel, turning information into useful insights.
• Communicate clearly, building trust and smooth collaboration.
• Show initiative, be result‑oriented and actively look for solutions.
• Be meticulous yet able to see the bigger picture.
• Hold a valid Category B driver’s licence.
