Assembler in Production

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Assembler to join our production line at FREOR’s modern plant in Vilnius. You will help bring energy‑efficient refrigeration equipment to life by preparing, assembling and inspecting components in a safe, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare parts and components for assembly.
• Assemble parts according to technical specifications.
• Operate the polyurethane machine for component processing.
• Visually inspect incoming materials and finished products to ensure quality.
• Follow the production plan and technological processes, supporting continuous production flow.
• Maintain order in the production area and warehouse.
• Promote a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.

Required profile

• Commitment to high‑quality preparation, assembly and installation.
• Punctual, responsible and careful attitude.
• Ability to quickly orient yourself and keep the workspace tidy.
• Problem‑solving mindset.
• Reading technical drawings or diagrams is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting or knowledge of ERP Monitor is advantageous, but not required.

Required skills

• Use of battery‑powered tools.
• Operation of a polyurethane machine.
• Reading technical drawings/diagrams (advantage).
• Basic familiarity with ERP Monitor (advantage).
