Associate – Relationship Management (French speaker)

About the role

Moody's is looking for a motivated Associate to support Relationship Managers across the EMEA region. You will help increase mandates and revenue while delivering premium customer service. This role offers exposure to sustainable finance, AI‑driven processes and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Support new and existing customers across EMEA, providing sales support and ensuring high‑quality service.
• Prepare meeting materials, follow‑up documentation and manage sales process administration in Salesforce.
• Conduct market research and intelligence to aid business development activities.
• Promote Moody's offerings and thought leadership in sustainable finance and emerging risk areas.
• Assist with event, conference and marketing initiatives.
• Engage directly with customers and coordinate with internal teams such as Middle Office, Legal, Compliance, Sales Operations, Billing and Collections.
• Contribute to special projects, ad‑hoc campaigns and internal initiatives.
• Support and train new team members and joiners.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Team‑player who works collaboratively across functions.
• Motivated, ownership‑driven and eager to learn.
• Fluent English and advanced French (C1‑C2); additional Western European languages are a plus.
• Interest in AI concepts and responsible AI practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce for sales process administration.
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts.
