Atlassian Administrator (Mid‑Senior)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Administrator to join Nord Security’s IT team. You will own the configuration, automation and support of our Atlassian suite, ensuring it meets the needs of security, product and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and related Atlassian tools.
• Provide user support, resolve configuration questions and issues.
• Create, improve and maintain automation rules to reduce manual work.
• Configure and maintain Jira Assets, ensuring accurate and structured asset data.
• Use ScriptRunner for advanced Jira behaviours, validators, conditions and scripted logic.
• Manage workflows, fields, screens, permissions, notifications and project settings.
• Build dashboards, reports, queues and filters using JQL.
• Handle user, role, group, access and permission management across the platform.
• Document configurations, processes, standards and best practices.
• Support new Atlassian features, app changes, upgrades and integrations.
• Monitor platform usage, performance and adoption, recommending improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on Atlassian administration in a business or enterprise environment.
• Experience with cloud‑based Atlassian platforms.
• Strong understanding of Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence.
• Proven ability to design scalable automation rules.
• Experience with Jira Assets and ScriptRunner.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
