Audit Assistant – Competence Center

About the role

Join PwC's Competence Center in Klaipeda as an Audit Assistant and support audit teams delivering high‑quality assurance services. You will work on projects for a diverse portfolio of clients, from large corporates to family‑owned businesses, gaining practical experience in financial audit.

Key responsibilities

• Execute agreed audit tests and perform assigned tasks accurately.
• Assist audit teams in preparing documentation and workpapers.
• Apply business analysis tools to support audit procedures.
• Contribute ideas for innovative solutions in financial audit.
• Develop knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field (or graduation expected within 12 months).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Lithuanian and upper‑intermediate English.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication abilities.
