Key responsibilities

• Run agreed audit tests and perform assigned tasks.
• Assist audit teams in preparing specific documentation.
• Gain knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions in financial audit.
• Utilise various business analysis tools in practice.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field (or expected graduation within 12 months).
• Advanced proficiency in Lithuanian and upper‑intermediate English.
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Interest in upskilling and career growth.
