Audit Assistant – Competence Center (Klaipeda)

About the role

Join PwC’s Competence Center in Klaipeda as an Audit Assistant, supporting audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from large corporations to local family businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Gain experience working on audit projects across various business sectors.
• Learn and apply business analysis tools in real‑world audit assignments.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions within financial audit processes.
• Execute agreed audit tests and perform assigned tasks accurately.
• Assist audit teams in preparing required documentation.
• Develop knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field (or expected graduation within 12 months).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Lithuanian and upper‑intermediate English.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Additional knowledge of finance and accounting is a plus.
• Motivation to upskill and grow professionally.
