About the role

We are seeking a skilled auto mechanic to perform maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical parts on trucks and self‑propelled aggregates at our Kaunas facility. The role operates on a weekly rotating shift schedule and provides flexibility to adapt to employee preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and repair mechanical components of heavy‑duty trucks and self‑propelled machines.
• Diagnose and fix electrical circuits and components.
• Perform tachograph repairs and calibrations (preferred).
• Read and interpret electrical schematics to troubleshoot issues.
• Apply knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical systems during repairs.
• Work according to a shift schedule, ensuring continuous workshop coverage.

Required profile

• Technical education or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience repairing trucks and self‑propelled aggregates.
• Familiarity with tachograph repair is a plus.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and repair circuits (advantage).
• Understanding of hydraulics and mechanics (advantage).
• English and/or Russian language skills (advantage).
• Category C, D or E driver’s licence (advantage).
