B2B Sales Trainer – Group Level Training Function

About the role

We are creating a group‑level sales training function and need a trainer to build it from the ground up. Your work will directly influence sales performance across all Teltonika offices worldwide, not just through surveys but through measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver sales classroom training, team development sessions and individual coaching for global Teltonika groups.
• Analyse business requirements, draft programmes, tailor content to cross‑cultural needs and set impact KPIs.
• Establish a training efficiency system: define KPIs, collect data, report impact on business indicators.
• Participate in train‑the‑trainer programmes and cross‑learning initiatives.
• Cover programme directions such as new sales reps, experienced reps, and sales team lead development.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering sales or management training, or a strong sales/management background with a passion for developing others.
• Experience with large events, classroom workshops, team coaching, individual development and online delivery.
• Ability to create behaviour‑changing sessions using modern adult‑learning techniques.
• Data‑driven mindset: define success, measure it and link training results to business outcomes.
• Confidence facilitating live groups and providing direct, useful feedback to experienced professionals.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and readiness for regular travel (30‑60% of working time).
