Backend Engineer, Security

About the role

Join Eneba's growing security team to own and develop security practices across the company. You will work closely with backend engineers and other departments to embed security into our services.

Key responsibilities

• Write and maintain security policies, documentation, and incident response processes.
• Review, triage, and remediate security submissions, bug bounty reports, and incident reports.
• Perform hands‑on coding and security implementation, threat hunting, and access‑governance tasks.
• Communicate security risks and requirements to non‑technical teams.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid PHP knowledge and a demonstrated interest in security (e.g., bug bounties, CTFs).
• Background in IT, backend engineering, or a related technical field.
• Self‑sufficient, ownership‑mindset, and problem‑solving ability.
