About the role

Join Holt Renfrew’s café team and deliver premium coffee experiences in a fashion‑driven, luxury retail environment. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality beverages while providing personalized service to discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other café items according to company standards.
• Maintain consistent beverage quality, accurate presentation, and product freshness.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep the coffee station, equipment, and service areas clean and organized at all times.
• Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, lids, and other supplies as needed.
• Greet guests warmly, offer menu guidance, and share coffee origin knowledge.
• Process orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Support opening and closing duties, including cleaning, stocking, and equipment maintenance.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• 2–3 years of experience in a café or barista role.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Coffee preparation techniques.
• Operation of espresso machines and grinders.
• POS system usage.
