About the role

As a Beauty Consultant for DIOR Baltics, you will represent the House of Dreams by delivering an exceptional luxury experience to customers. You will engage clients across fragrance, makeup, and skincare, fostering lasting relationships while driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in the sale of DIOR products, ensuring a high standard of service throughout the entire sales process.
• Initiate contact with customers in‑store and through traffic‑stopping initiatives.
• Identify, understand, and address customer needs, proposing personalized product offers.
• Cross‑sell across product categories and achieve monthly retail sales targets.
• Maintain DIOR merchandising guidelines and optimise visual exposure at the point of sale.
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory issues, and support promotional events.
• Report field insights and suggestions to DIOR representatives.
