BI & Automation Developer

About the role

Yara European Business Services is looking for a BI & Automation Developer to join its Digital Workplace team. The role focuses on building data‑driven and automated solutions that improve supply‑chain processes and support continuous digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automation solutions using Power Automate, RPA tools and PowerShell scripts.
• Analyse data flows, optimise integrations across systems and develop Power BI reports.
• Create SharePoint applications, workflows, and custom web components with HTML and JavaScript.
• Support and enhance existing solutions to ensure scalability, efficiency and business continuity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and share knowledge across the team.
• Explore AI and Copilot use cases to boost productivity and decision support.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role using Power BI.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 technologies (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Curious, proactive and willing to experiment with emerging technologies.
