Billing Specialist I – Pricing & Invoicing

About the role

Cencora’s Shared Service Center in Lithuania is looking for a Billing Specialist I to manage pricing and billing activities across a group of countries. You will ensure invoices are accurate, delivered on time, and aligned with customer agreements and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pricing, invoice creation, and distribution for assigned countries.
• Maintain customer billing information, rates, discounts, and billing instructions.
• Process approved pricing and contract changes, including amendments and rate updates.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes, invoice issues, and pricing discrepancies.
• Prepare billing reports and maintain supporting documentation and audit records.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience in an international business environment, preferably in billing, accounting, or customer service.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or healthcare is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
