Brand Team Lead

About the role

Eldorado.gg, a fast‑growing marketplace for in‑game items and services, is seeking a Brand Team Lead to shape and execute its global brand strategy. Reporting to the CMO, you will own 360° brand campaigns, organic content, community management and partnerships across all markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive top‑of‑funnel brand activities, including offline and digital campaigns, that align with business objectives.
• Translate audience insights and market dynamics into a clear demand‑generation strategy.
• Lead the owned and earned content strategy and manage community engagement on organic social channels.
• Identify, negotiate and execute brand partnerships and collaborations, overseeing creative concept and execution.
• Manage a high‑performing team spanning brand, organic social, community and partnerships, and collaborate with Creative, SEO, PPC, Influencer, CRM and product teams.

Required profile

• Proven senior experience in brand leadership and 360° campaign execution.
• Track record of building brand awareness and consideration, especially with large‑budget YouTube and digital TV campaigns in the US.
• Strong strategic thinking, creative judgment and ability to turn insights into actionable brand stories.
• Experience in fast‑moving marketplaces, e‑commerce or gaming environments.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, with confidence in data‑driven decision making.
