About the role

We are looking for a qualified accountant to take full responsibility for corporate accounting, from the initial entry of primary documents to the preparation of complete financial statements. The role is based in our modern Kaunas office and offers the chance to work with multiple companies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end corporate accounting, including daily transaction registration, bank statement reconciliation and invoice processing.
• Prepare tax calculations and submit declarations to the State Tax Inspectorate (VMI), Social Security Fund (Sodrai) and other authorities.
• Calculate payroll and complete related statutory reports.
• Provide consulting on accounting and tax matters as needed.
• Prepare the full set of financial statements for each client.

Required profile

• Higher education in finance, economics or accounting.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience, preferably in an accounting services firm.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and ability to work independently with several companies.
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian accounting and tax legislation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the accounting software “Rivilė” (mandatory).
• Experience with the “Centas” accounting program (advantage).
• Solid understanding of Lithuanian tax law and payroll regulations.
