About the role

We are looking for an independent accountant who is already a self‑sufficient specialist. You will not only master accounting and tax regulations but also become an active member of a collaborative team, contributing to smarter and more efficient work processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned areas such as inventory, purchases, sales, and bank operations without constant supervision.
• Apply tax knowledge to understand both the "how" and the "why" of invoicing, VAT law, and cost recognition.
• Propose and develop solutions to automate, simplify, and optimise accounting processes.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience handling standard accounting issues independently.
• Proactive, curious and able to see opportunities where others see obstacles.
• Strong communication skills with colleagues, management and external institutions.
• Responsibility, quick learning ability and willingness to take ownership without detailed instructions.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Axapta or similar ERP systems (highly preferred).
