Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Software Requirements Analyst) to help improve our financial software products. You will work with a team experienced in trading platforms, margining algorithms and monitoring tools.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customers’ business processes and legacy systems across all project stages.
• Elicit requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops, and develop functional and non‑functional specifications.
• Produce functional specifications, user stories, SRS and solution designs for development, QA and support teams.
• Validate solutions, demonstrate them to customers and gather feedback.

Required profile

• At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, System Analyst or Product Owner in software development.
• Hands‑on experience in brokerage, capital markets, trading or related financial products.
• Strong analytical abilities, structured problem‑solving and excellent communication in English.

Required skills

• SQL for data analysis.
• Oracle PL/SQL or APEX.
• UML diagramming notations and tools (nice‑to‑have).
