Business Analyst (Trade Finance)

About the role

Join Luminor as a Business Analyst in the Trade Finance unit, working at the intersection of business and technology to shape future trade finance solutions and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage business analysis activities for trade finance products such as bank guarantees and letters of credit, covering system enhancements, migrations, process improvements, and regulatory changes.
• Gather, analyse, document and manage business and functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support Product Owners with delivery prioritisation and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet quality expectations.
• Review functional specifications and participate in test planning, execution and user acceptance testing.
• Assist with implementation, defect resolution, validation and post‑release support.
• Provide application and business process support within the trade finance domain.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and evaluate technology solutions.

Required profile

• Experience in business analysis within financial services or banking, preferably with trade finance products.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and understanding of banking operations and IT systems.
• Proven ability to support testing activities and translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent in English.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
