About the role

Join Luminor as a Business Assistant in Retail Banking, supporting business client advisors and ensuring smooth documentation management. You will help coordinate activities that improve client service and contribute to overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assistance to business client advisors and perform technical work in the management of documentation.
• Assist in coordinating activities that enable efficient client service and business performance.
• Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration, energy, enthusiasm and commitment.
• Perform other tasks relevant to the role as assigned by the business client advisor.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of financial products and solutions in the bank.
• Higher education in economics, finance or banking is an advantage.
• Independence in finding solutions in non‑standard situations.
• Ability to build relationships and connect with people easily.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and proactively seeking new contacts.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written.
