Business Development Manager – International Tax Services

About the role

As the first dedicated salesperson for Baltic Assist's International Tax Department, you will drive commercial growth of cross‑border tax advisory, VAT coordination and related financial services. This consultative, relationship‑driven position offers the chance to shape solutions together with tax and finance experts while expanding a fast‑moving department.

Key responsibilities

• Driving new client acquisition for the International Tax Department, including cross‑border tax advisory and VAT coordination.
• Collaborating with finance and tax experts to craft tailored proposals, scopes of work and commercial offers.
• Leveraging existing networks and building new relationships through events, referrals and professional communities.
• Leading client conversations from discovery through negotiation, closing and onboarding.
• Managing pipeline and revenue forecasts in CRM with discipline.
• Providing market insights to refine service positioning as the department scales.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales or consultative services experience, preferably in accounting, payroll, outsourcing/BPO, consulting, tax or finance‑related SaaS.
• Full‑cycle sales experience: scoping, proposal writing, negotiating and closing.
• Ability to explain complex multi‑country tax structures clearly to senior finance stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with both warm networks and cold outreach.
• Strong English communication skills for international client conversations.
