Business Development Manager

About the role

Genome, a Lithuanian licensed Electronic Money Institution, is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its B2B/B2C banking services across Europe. The role focuses on building partnerships, researching market opportunities, and driving growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners and identify new business partners, including banks, acquirers and service providers.
• Negotiate agreements and financial terms, monitor contracts and support sales and support teams.
• Research business opportunities, track industry trends locally and internationally, and contribute to growth strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in the European market.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Preferred experience in business development or sales within the financial sector.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Knowledge of marketing concepts and market research.
• Interest in financial services and IT technologies.
