Business Development Project Manager

About the role

We are a large international transport company seeking a Business Development Project Manager to drive sales across Europe, build new market opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from cold contact to signing major contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to signing international contracts.
• Explore new business opportunities, create client pipelines and develop new products or services.
• Seek unique solutions for clients, focusing on value rather than price competition.
• Build long‑term partnerships and directly impact company growth.

Required profile

• Strong communication and sales skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• 1–2 years of successful sales experience; logistics background is a plus.
• Independent, proactive and able to act without waiting for instructions.
• Fluent English (C1); additional languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to negotiate B2B deals and onboard key international clients.
