Business Development Representative

About the role

CoinGate is a Lithuanian fintech company that provides innovative cryptocurrency and stablecoin payment solutions. As a Business Development Representative you will help expand the company from a stable‑coin leader into a global financial institution, focusing on enterprise‑level customers.

Key responsibilities

• Use sales tools and AI to identify businesses that need stablecoin and cryptocurrency payment solutions.
• Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, community gatherings and events to book qualified enterprise‑level meetings.
• Log every interaction in HubSpot to ensure no lead is left behind.
• Track performance metrics and report numbers in individual and team meetings.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, consulting or venture capital, preferably in international startups or payments.
• Excellent phone communication, comfortable attending events and thriving in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong time‑management, able to work autonomously and multitask with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional French, German or Spanish is a plus.
