Business Development Representative – Vilnius

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Representative based in Vilnius to drive B2B sales for our IT services portfolio, engaging with international tech giants and guiding opportunities from prospect to signed agreement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with decision‑makers.
• Grow existing client accounts by understanding their needs and proposing additional collaboration.
• Prepare proposals, pitches and presentations for enterprise or technical clients.
• Represent the company at conferences, industry events and client meetings.
• Collaborate with technical, delivery, marketing and leadership teams to develop valuable solutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B business development, sales or account management experience in IT or IT services.
• Proven ability to manage long sales cycles, build trust and navigate complex organisations.
• Strong communication skills in English and a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
• Willingness to work from our Vilnius office.
