About the role

Join Valyuz, an EMI delivering payment and safeguarding solutions across the EU, as a Business Intelligence & Data Analyst. You will turn data into actionable insights, automate manual processes, and build reporting solutions that support everyday decisions and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and data models used across the business.
• Extract, transform and analyse data from multiple sources using MS SQL.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, views, stored procedures and datasets for reporting and analytics.
• Support and automate regulatory, financial, operational and management reporting.
• Build automation using Power Automate, Python and Microsoft technologies.
• Use AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate development, analysis and automation.
• Develop and improve ETL processes and data‑quality checks.
• Design KPIs and management information for leadership decision‑making.

Required profile

• 2+ years of practical experience in SQL databases, Business Intelligence, data analytics or reporting.
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL, including joins, aggregations, views and query optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power BI (dashboards, data models, visualisation).
• Experience with Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, processing or automation.
• Good understanding of data structures, ETL and data‑quality principles.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with large or complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
