Business Support Specialist (German) – Hybrid (0.5‑1 FTE)

About the role

As a Business Support Specialist you will handle purchase requisitions, supplier invoicing, travel arrangements and provide administrative assistance to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and order office supplies, product parts, or training services using Ariba, SAP or ServiceNow.
• Manage supplier invoices, credit notes and respond to invoice‑related queries.
• Coordinate business travel, including bookings, documentation and expense administration.
• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations and other required documentation.
• Provide ad‑hoc administrative and organisational support as needed.

Required profile

• Good German and English language skills (B1‑B2 level, written and spoken).
• Proactive, customer‑oriented mindset.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and openness to learn advanced features.
