C# Software Engineer – Desktop & OPC UA (WinUI 3)

About the role

QUADIGI is looking for an experienced C#/.NET developer to join an international team building a Configurator desktop application for a next‑generation Alarm and Gas Management System used in hospitals and large clinics. You will work on a .NET 8/WinUI 3 solution that configures and monitors medical gas supply devices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new features for the Configurator desktop app using .NET 8 and WinUI 3.
• Implement OPC UA communication with system devices, handling subscriptions and security.
• Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive WinUI 3 views.
• Collaborate with UX, system, and test engineers throughout the development cycle.
• Participate in code reviews, write technical documentation, and support troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing desktop applications with C# and .NET.
• Hands‑on experience with desktop UI frameworks such as WPF, UWP or WinUI 3.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and unit testing.
• Experience integrating devices or services over structured protocols (OPC UA, gRPC, REST).
• Ability to implement UI from Figma designs.
• Open‑minded attitude toward learning C++ in the future.
• Fluent English communication skills.
