Carrier Development Manager (Dedicated Fleet)

About the role

Magneta Logistics UAB is expanding its dedicated fleet network across Europe, and we're looking for a Carrier Development Manager to lead the search for and onboarding of new road hauliers. We work mainly with large contracted shippers in the EU, which means regular shipments and stable, predictable business for our carrier partners.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously searching for new road transport providers in the European market, exclusively for dedicated fleet cooperation.
• Onboarding new hauliers and building long‑term partnerships around fixed capacity and regular volumes.
• Expanding the carrier network and organising an efficient transport chain that keeps service stable and reliable.
• Evaluating carrier performance on service quality, pricing and delivery times.
• Working closely with carriers to resolve issues during transport and keep cargo moving smoothly.

Required profile

• Mid‑senior experience in transport or logistics, ideally in carrier sourcing or network development.
• Good knowledge of European shipment dynamics, pricing corridors and planning specifics.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Ability to quickly assess the transport market, analyse the competitive environment and make effective decisions.
• Good English; Polish is an additional advantage.
• Goal orientation, initiative and motivation to grow.
