Chief Commercial Officer and Member of the Management Board

About the role

Ignitis Group, an integrated energy group active in the Baltic states, Poland and Finland, is selecting a Group Chief Commercial Officer who will also sit on the Parent Company's Management Board. The role is full-time and group-wide, with the candidate employed by the Parent Company and required to sign a non-compete agreement. The Management Board, together with the Supervisory Board, shapes strategy, financial plans, budget, risk management and investment policy, and oversees subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Build long-term competitive advantage across the Group's commercial activities
• Lead and coordinate commercial generation, supply and services activities
• Represent the Group and manage stakeholder relations, including the Supervisory Board and committees
• Provide strategic leadership for the international development and scaling of commercial activities
• Shape a purpose-driven culture across the Group
• Take part in the collegial bodies of subsidiary groups where applicable
• Lead Group-wide commodity portfolio management and trading, covering power and gas trading, hedging, PPAs, origination and customer solutions, while managing market, credit and liquidity risks in line with Group risk appetite

Required profile

• At least 3 years' experience in a C-level executive position in an international large company or group of at least 500 employees
• At least 3 years of executive leadership in a C-level commercial role (sales, supply, trading, portfolio management or customer solutions) in a large company or group in commercial energy generation and/or supply, with a solid understanding of energy markets including flexibility solutions
• Proven experience creating and scaling integrated energy offerings and as accountable leader of a business or commercial strategy
• Leadership track record in strategic decision-making, stakeholder influence and organizational transformation
• Work experience in collegial management or supervisory bodies
• C1 English; C1 Lithuanian is an advantage

What we offer

• Salary range of EUR 15,090 to EUR 18,500 before tax, depending on experience and competencies
• A variable part of remuneration depending on results
