Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the role

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and governance of the EUROAPOTHECA Group. Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will partner with senior leaders to drive profitable, sustainable growth and ensure disciplined financial management.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the Group's financial plans to support long‑term business objectives.
• Accelerate business performance through robust financial planning, analysis and performance management.
• Ensure strong financial and tax governance, risk management, internal controls and compliance across the Group.
• Oversee capital allocation decisions, evaluate major business initiatives and M&A transactions.
• Lead financing, cash‑flow, liquidity management and capital‑structure decisions.
• Provide clear financial insight and constructive challenge to enhance strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Drive transformation and efficiency initiatives across finance processes and systems.

Required profile

• Proven finance leadership experience, ideally as CFO, Finance Director or similar in a complex, multi‑entity or international organisation.
• Deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, reporting and corporate finance.
• Experience in retail, pharmaceuticals, healthcare or M&A is an advantage.
• Commercially strong, proactive partner to senior leaders, translating financial insight into decisive action.
• Effective leader of finance teams, fostering ownership, accountability and growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
