Chief of Staff

About the role

BetGames is seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and leadership team, driving key strategic, operational and organisational priorities across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives: own cross‑functional projects, develop clear plans, align stakeholders, remove blockers and drive execution.
• Build better systems: transform recurring challenges and manual processes into scalable solutions, leveraging technology and AI where valuable.
• Improve the management rhythm: make leadership meetings, business reviews and internal communication more effective, ensuring decisions, responsibilities and deadlines are clear.
• Support decision‑making: partner with the CEO on strategic, operational and organisational matters, turning ambiguity into actionable recommendations.
• Work across the organisation: collaborate with leaders, manage stakeholders and constructively challenge processes to achieve better outcomes.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, high‑growth technology, entrepreneurship, corporate strategy or a similarly demanding environment.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguity, lead complex projects and make clear decisions.
• Strong commercial judgement, ownership, pace and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable using AI and technology to research, analyse, automate and improve ways of working.
• Willingness to travel approximately once a month and handle sensitive commercial, organisational and people‑related information with discretion.
