Client Onboarding and Procurement Manager

About the role

CUBE AI is looking for a Client Onboarding and Procurement Manager to own the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new banking customers, from signed contract through vendor setup and invoicing. You will streamline supplier portal registrations, due‑diligence questionnaires and contract paperwork so sales can focus on closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Register CUBE AI in customer procurement systems (Ariba, Coupa, etc.) and keep records up to date.
• Complete security, privacy, AI and vendor‑risk questionnaires using standard answers and coordinate with internal teams.
• Prepare and supply legal and financial documents such as tax forms, insurance certificates and ownership extracts.
• Manage NDAs, agreements, order forms and data‑processing agreements, ensuring timely signatures.
• Build and maintain a centralized answer library for recurring procurement queries.
• Set up vendor records, purchase orders and invoicing for new customers and handle annual renewals.
• Track deal progress in a single tracker and provide weekly status updates to sales and leadership.

Required profile

• 3+ years in operations, vendor onboarding, sales operations, procurement or compliance.
• Excellent written English with attention to detail for risk‑team communications.
• Comfortable chasing senior stakeholders politely and handling confidential documents.
• Willingness to work some US hours each week.
