CNC Milling Operator

About the role

We are looking for a skilled CNC Milling Operator to join our fast‑growing team in Kaunas. You will work with state‑of‑the‑art CNC equipment to produce high‑performance automotive components for motorsport applications.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor CNC milling machines according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Prepare tools, fixtures and load raw material, adjust machine parameters and run test cuts.
• Inspect finished parts, record measurements and ensure consistent quality throughout production.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and follow all safety procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with CNC milling equipment and machining processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CNC programs (e.g., Fusion 360).
• Competence in quality‑control measurement, inspection and documentation.
• Knowledge of HAAS, Doosan or Fanuc CNC machines.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset and ability to work with tight tolerances.
• Fluency in Lithuanian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Vocational or technical education in machining or mechanical engineering is a plus.
