Compliance Analyst – Financial Crime Prevention

About the role

Join Guidehouse as a Compliance Analyst to review and analyze customer, transaction, and open‑source data, identifying potential financial crime, fraud, and regulatory concerns. You will support a range of Financial Crime Prevention activities across AML, KYC, sanctions, and related investigations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse data to detect potential financial crime, fraud, compliance, or regulatory issues.
• Support activities in AML, KYC/ODD/EDD, transaction monitoring, sanctions, and fraud investigations.
• Prepare clear, accurate documentation, summaries, and case findings.
• Deliver high‑quality work aligned with project requirements, internal procedures, and regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders, contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in back‑office operations, preferably within Financial Crime Prevention.
• Strong interest or experience in AML/CTF, KYC, compliance, fraud, risk, investigations, banking, fintech, or crypto‑related operations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to explain reasoning clearly in writing and verbally.
• Fluent English (spoken and written, C1 preferred) and a bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Willingness to work full‑time from the office following the clean‑desk policy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.

• Annual salary range €18,000 – €30,000.
