Compliance Manager

About the role

Finora Bank is seeking a Compliance Manager to support the execution, maintenance, and monitoring of its compliance management framework. You will work closely with risk, legal, and operational teams to ensure regulatory obligations are met across the bank’s activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day execution and operational monitoring of the compliance framework.
• Review and update internal policies, procedures, and controls to align with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct routine compliance reviews, control testing, and internal assessments across business lines.
• Monitor operational activities, identify compliance risks and escalate findings to senior management.
• Track legislative and regulatory developments, draft impact summaries and practical recommendations.
• Prepare documentation and reporting for regulatory communications, supervisory inquiries, and external audits.
• Deliver compliance training, address inquiries and promote regulatory awareness.
• Coordinate with risk, legal and operational units on regulatory matters and remediation plans.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in regulatory compliance within banking, credit, factoring or financial services.
• University degree in law, finance, business administration or a related field.
• Practical experience conducting compliance testing, risk reviews and control assessments.
• Strong knowledge of EU and Lithuanian banking regulations, AML/CTF standards and supervisory expectations.
• Ability to review audit observations and support corrective actions.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
