Constructing Architect – Design Projects across Scandinavia

About the role

We are looking for a Constructing Architect to join our growing architecture team in Lithuania. You will work on a variety of Scandinavian projects, from hospitals and schools to metro systems and carbon capture facilities, using the latest digital design tools.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in project development meetings and collaborate with Nordic colleagues.
• Design buildings and infrastructure in a Revit environment.
• Prepare construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Deliver design outputs on schedule and maintain high‑quality standards.
• Foster constructive relationships with the Arkitema office and other project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, architectural engineering, civil engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience using Revit (or comparable 3D modelling software).
• Strong knowledge of current design trends, building codes and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of a Scandinavian language is a plus.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate across borders.
