Construction Site Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to plan, coordinate and supervise building works in Vilnius. The role ensures quality, safety and timely delivery of projects across residential, commercial and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and control all construction activities on the site.
• Coordinate employees, subcontractors, suppliers and other project participants.
• Ensure work follows project documentation and the approved schedule.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, technical supervisors and other stakeholders.
• Determine material, equipment and personnel needs, manage deliveries and monitor usage.
• Control work quality, adherence to deadlines and compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and work records.
• Resolve technical and organizational issues that arise during construction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing construction projects or site works.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, technologies and organization.
• Valid construction qualification certificate.
• Ability to read and analyse technical drawings and project documentation.
• Independent decision‑making and planning capabilities.
• Leadership skills to organise and motivate workers and subcontractors.
• Responsibility, result orientation and effective communication.
• Good computer literacy and proficiency in Lithuanian.
