Contract Administration Representative – French Speaking

About the role

Dexcom is looking for a French‑speaking Contract Administration Representative to join its Global Business Services team. You will support Marketing, Sales and Medical Affairs by ensuring contracts move smoothly from intake to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Healthcare Professional engagement submissions in the Porzio system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Determine the tier of each Healthcare Professional based on qualifications.
• Enter contract data into Porzio and IronClad, track progress and maintain records throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Legal, Procurement, Compliance, Marketing and Sales—to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venues and Healthcare Professionals to achieve timely contract execution.

Required profile

• Fluent French with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive in coordinating multiple parties.
• Experience in contract administration or related administrative functions.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Porzio contract management system.
• Proficiency with IronClad contract management system.
