About the role
Hostinger is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join its marketing team. You will own website optimisation initiatives, work across cross‑functional teams and help drive higher sales and engagement through data‑driven testing.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse user behaviour to identify conversion bottlenecks and optimise funnels.
- Design, launch and evaluate A/B tests on Hostinger’s website.
- Monitor performance metrics, translate data into actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Development and Data teams to improve conversion rates.
- Conduct usability research, identify user pain points and apply the latest CRO techniques.
- Prioritise testing opportunities based on impact and report results.
Required profile
- 2+ years of CRO experience, preferably in a tech‑driven environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in web analytics and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self‑starter able to manage multiple projects independently and within a team.
